33 years, two generations
ProFlo is not a franchise and not a startup. It is a Perth family business that has been on the tools since 1991, now passing from Greg Hogan to his son Jay.
Greg Hogan started it in 1991
Greg built ProFlo one roofline at a time. What began as straightforward gutter work grew, over three decades, into exterior cleaning for some of the largest property holders in Western Australia. The reputation came the slow way: turn up, do the job properly, take the rubbish away, and the next call follows.
That is why the client list reads the way it does. Government departments and utilities do not stay with a contractor out of habit; they stay because the work holds up.
Jay Hogan now runs operations
Greg's son Jay manages the day-to-day work, so the handover to the next generation is already underway. Same family, same crew, same standard, with the systems a growing commercial book needs.
For a homeowner that means you are still dealing with the people whose name is on the van. For a property manager it means the certifications, scheduling and documentation are kept up to date.
How the business grew
-
1991
Greg Hogan founds ProFlo, cleaning gutters across the Perth metro area.
-
2000s
Work expands into solar panel cleaning and pressure washing as the exterior of a property becomes one job, not three.
-
Ongoing
ISO certification and government contracts establish ProFlo as a trusted commercial provider, not just a residential operator.
-
Today
Jay Hogan runs operations as the business passes to the second generation, still family owned and Perth based.
ISO certified commercial work
ProFlo holds ISO certification for its commercial operations, the kind of formal quality standard that schools, councils and government bodies require before they put a contractor on site.
Trusted across Western Australia

Work with the family that built it
Whether it is one gutter or a portfolio of sites, you are dealing with the people whose name is on the van.
